I looked at Tom's and got some decent information. Basically I can overclock certain combinations pretty well and get some decent power for the money. Unfortunately the prices at Tom's didn't match the street prices I found. Neither did the chip spec.

• CPU: Core2 Duo E6750 2.67GHz (not zero-stepping) - €168
  
• Memory: 2x1GB OCZ high-perf DDR2 800 - €59
  
• Power: beQuiet! BQT 500W ATX2.2 - €72
  

Video card wil probably be nVidia 8800, CPU fan is a Zalman CNPS 9500A (€45).

So, decent power? Good enough for the entire CS3 package? Overclockable to 3GHz despite the non-zero-stepping chip? Decent prices for Soviet Europe and the German 19% VAT?
